Where to start?
I guess from the beginning...
I was born in Carbondale, PA March 2nd 1979 and months later moved to upstate NY with my parents and my older brother and sister. Another brother came along a little later and that’s my family unit.
I grew up playing baseball, listening to music and hanging out in cornfields on the tailgate of a truck drinking cheap beer around a bonfire as well as committing various misdemeanors (did I say that out loud? You can’t prove anything -- they’ve been erased from my record).
After graduating from Owego Free Academy (home of the Indians) in 1997 I got a job doing overnights and weekends on 98.1 The Hawk in Binghamton, NY. Funny side note: I only got the job because the boss thought I was someone else, long story. A couple years later I decided to try my luck in a big market. Instead I ended up in Wilkes-Barre (lol). After paying my dues working part time behind the scenes doing promotions for another station (as well as telemarketing, landscaping, selling advertising, bartending, among actual paying jobs, the list is quite long) I finally made it to the top. Nights on JR 93-7!
